In order for components to be able to fulfil their functions reliable, for example, in the engine of an aeroplane, they must display a property that is not sufficiently inherent in their original state. This is achieved using heat treatments.
Our various heat treating procedures specifically influence the structural conditions of metal substance with regard to hardness, durability, tensile strength and pressure-resistance. Our various procedures are used to treat parts made from aluminium alloys, titanium alloys, nickel-base alloys and through to medium alloyed steels.
During the heat treating process, process parameters must be controlled precisely or coordinated in order to achieve the desired property of the component.
In doing so, we rely on our many years of experience and the technical infrastructure of our DIN EN 9100 and Nadcap-certified partners WSH GmbH.
