– Welcome to TSS Aerospace –

TSS aerospace, a subsidiary of Werkzeugstahl-Härterei GmbH, was founded in 2008 in Gevelsberg. WSH has been heat treating aerospace products since 1996.

Due to our many years of industry know-how we offer our customers not only our heat treatment but also support via trainings and internal audits for NADCAP certifications and in the fields of CQI-9 and AMS 2750.

A further focus involves the import of finished parts from far east.

Training offering

Currently we offer our training on the subjects of QM systems, contractual review and pyrometry again. The basis for this is generally the requirements in accordance with the directive AMS 2750 (Aerospace Material Specification) and Nadcap. The training location is the attractive hotel Vesper in Wuppertal.

Consulting

TSS has, among other things, specialised in company consulting and the execution of training with a focus on the pyrometric requirement of heat treatments, as well as on internal audits for Nadcap and CQI-9.

Heat treatment

Our various heat treating procedures influence the structural conditions of metal substance with regard to hardness, durability, tensile strength and pressure-resistance. Our various procedures are used to treat products made from aluminium alloys, titanium alloys, nickel-base alloys and through to medium alloyed steels.

Over the years, TSS has relocated the parts manufacturing facilities to Asia. Today, we import if finished parts from Asia for our customers.
